How Our Forms Work

It has never been easier to have a building site ready for framing in Oregon.

1. Excavate and prep your site.
2. Set the forms using standard 2×8 screed boards in the provided groves and two stakes per 8-foot form.
3. Install plumbing, electrical and heating systems if needed.
4. Pour and Place concrete.
5. Remove the screed boards and replace them with the provided EPS filler pieces.

Now you are ready to install the flashing and begin framing. No forms to tear down, backfill to shovel in, or insulation to install.
